The Westbahnhof Underground Station (lines U3 and U6) provides direct connections to the city centre. From the nearby Beingasse Tram Stop, you can also get quickly to the city centre, as well as to the picturesque Spittelberg area. Amazing breakfast! Great choice for vegetarian. The staff are very helpful and really took initiative to help us regarding transportation tips, room arrangements. Glad to be a part of this zero energy initiative

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. This is an amazing place to stay in holliday. I booked here for the second time, and againg, everything was absolutely perfect. The room/apartment we staied was spacious, verry well equiped, very clean and cosy. The pension is close to metro station (about 10 minutes walking) and 4 minute to the tram station. The host is the most pleasant person I have ever meet, she gave us all the information we need, she made our accomodation beautifull. The surroundings is pleasant and peaceful. The breakfast was very tasty and various. I will come back here every time I come to or passing through Wien.

Apart from being charming and warm, the personal touch and all the facilities are dedicated to enhance your comfort. 10/10 cleaness, location and facilities. The room was also very quiet, even though it was a street view room. The kitchenette with fridge was also a great asset for us. If you love art as much as I do, this place will also be a good choice. Thank you for the hotel to be one of the favourite spots within entire Vienna of my 9 year old companion.
