Family-run for 4 generations, Hotel Restaurant Schwartz is located on the B17 federal road between Wiener Neustadt and Neunkirchen, in Southern Lower Austria. It features a traditional Austrian restaurant. Big room with a very nice balcony. It is smart to have the air conditioning in the adjacent hall near the entrance not blowing air directly to your face. Another intelligent fact was that the toilet (wc) and shower are separated so two person could use sanitary at the same time. Breakfast was available from a good range of time for early mourners to late sleepers. With a lot of options from milk, coffee, juices, homemade tart, fruits, jam, cakes and biscuits. The parking space is free and also very spacious. We felt extremely welcome because we arrived at 11:30 yet we were greeted by a very nice receptionist.

We stayed in 2 apartments which had everything you need for your stay. The whole place was incredibly clean, with great atmosphere. We also had a dinner at a restaurant which was incredible, as well the service. There is a SPAR supermarket next to the guesthouse, playground for children, also an ice-cream place. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Pension Löffler occupies an Art Déco villa in Semmering, a 5-minute walk from the Hirschenkogel Cable Car and a 10-minute walk from Semmering Train Station and the Semmering Railway UNESCO World Heritage Site. 2 minutes after self-checkin I already knew this was going to be a 10/10 experience. Great location, nice quiet room with cozy furniture, comfy beds, easy parking, the host family is very friendly and professional, excellent breakfast, what else can you wish for. A great place to start your adventures around Semmering whether that's skiing, hiking, cycling, etc. Will definitely go back!
