Housed in a mansion from 1838, the small Hotel Royal Astrid is set on Keizersplein Square, within 200 metres from the Aalst's central Market Square. It offers free WiFi, a bar and a terrace. We arrived fairly late at night and received excellent instructions on how to access the hotel and our room. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
