Alpha Hotel is located in the centre of Tienen, within 5 minutes’ walking from the Tienen trainstation. It features 17 compact rooms 4 deluxe apartments with flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Guests can benefit from complimentary hot drinks. We were traveling by bicycle. The hotel had a large shed in the parking lot for storing our bikes overnight. They also have maps available of many of the local cycling routes. The breakfast was spectacular. Many of the items were homemade. In addition, one member of our group requires a gluten-free diet and there were plenty of options available at breakfast including homemade gluten-free granola. There's a very nice shaded, outdoor seating area that we enjoyed. There's a restaurant attached to the front of the hotel so one doesn't need to go far for dinner.

The rooms features views of the city or the garden of the hotel. I stayed 4 nights with my family (wife and 14 y/o kid) and it was wonderful. Veronique is the most helpful, available and lovely host. Everything was absolutely clean. The room had good space, the shower was good, and the breakfast as well! The location is perfect, and there's a public parking right around the corner. I recommend it, and I would definitely stay again!!

Albion Hotel, a family-run hotel in the centre of Ieper, is 350 metres from the Menin Gate. It features free high-speed WiFi, an intimate bar and packed lunch services.

All of the rooms at Albion have a flat-screen TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. Each bathroom features a shower or bath and a hairdryer. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Helpful staff and a great location with easy walk to town.

This 3-star hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Louise Metro Station, which offers direct access to Gare du Midi in 3 stops. The European Parliament is a 15-minute walk away. We stayed in room 65 which is a family room, enormous bed in one enormous room and a single bed in another room up a few stairs, then up a few more stairs to the enormous bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, it was absolutely fabulous! The staff could not do enough for us, in the reception area there is beer, wine and snacks for sale, there is chilled water and bottles to fill yourself. The free sweets on the counter were lovely, there is a pool table inside and outside a peaceful garden and patio area with a large outdoor chess set. There was a large choice at breakfast, cereals and nuts, even pots of chia seeds / raspberry sauce, cold meats, cheeses, various breads and fruits, pastries, jams and spreads and a small hot food section. Great coffee machine which delivered creamy lattes. The location is perfect for upmarket shopping on Avenue Louise, accessing the Grand Place area and the ponds at Ixelles, next to which is a great Art Deco bar with a wide choice of bottled and draught Belgian beers. Hotel is approx 10/15 mins from Gare du Midi so perfect if arriving by Eurostar. Thank you so much Made in Louise, you gave us a wonderful and relaxing few days away!!

Situated in a residential area in Ghent, this hotel benefits from a convenient location a 2-minute walk from Saint Peter's Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the historical centre. Hotel Chamade offers a bar and free Wi-Fi access. Room was very cozy and beautiful. Excellent location with a very delicious and healthy breakfast. Easy access to tram and bus. Closer to the city. Workers are very respectful and polite. I recommend Hotel Chamade for couples and families. Rooms are very neat.
