Albion Hotel, a family-run hotel in the centre of Ieper, is 350 metres from the Menin Gate. It features free high-speed WiFi, an intimate bar and packed lunch services. I feel I stumbled onto a precious gem! We had a last minute detour to Ypres and I booked the Albion because of its proximity to the Menin gate. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of this family run hotel. When I think of our short stay in Ypres I may remember chatting with Daphne at the Albion desk and bar as much as our visit to the Flanders Museum just around the corner! Besides the kindness of the owners, our room was modern but with architectural features that honored the past. The high tech skylight looked up on the steeple of the nearby church. The bar was comfortable with great local beers. And be sure to include breakfast! A spread worthy of the cost. Thank you Daphne and the entire family for your hospitality!

Located in the centre of Bruges within walking distance of Market Square, Hotel Adornes benefits from a unique view over the canals. the hotel is near to town, secure parking for my mitorbike in the backyard, very friendly stuff, told me about the local restaurants and places which are not flooded by tourists, very cosy room with a vomfortable bed, very spacious, with a good view on the canal, good variety for the breakfast All in all I can highly recommend this stay

Hotel Patritius is set in a mansion dating back to 1830, located within 450 metres from the central Market Square with the Belfry of Bruges. Our New Year’s stay at Hotel Patritius was incredible. The hotel’s charm, immaculate rooms, and perfect location made for a magical experience. The staff were attentive, the breakfast was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere added to its appeal. Highly recommended for a stay in Bruges!

Hotel Albert I is situated next to an underground parking garage on ‘t Zand and is set within a 10-minute walk from the Market Square and the Belfry. Bruges' Train Station is an 8-minute walk away. We loved our stay at Hotel Abert 1. Great location, super friendly staff, really warm and comfy room and the biggest breakfast ever!
