It is conveniently located near restaurants, old town and attractions. Wifi was high speed. When I wanted to leave the cleaning ladies (Zoya and Tonka) called a taxi for me. Taxi didn't take card, and I had no cash. They even gave me cash to pay for my taxi! Without charging my credit card!! If I visit Plovdiv again, I will stay here for sure.

Due to a flight delay we arrived three hours later than expected and they waited for us patiently and even allowed us a full meal at the restaraunt after ten o'clock in the evening

Boutique Hotel Evmolpia is set in a traditional Bulgarian Rennaissance house in the heart of Plovdiv Old Town, and just a 2-minute walk from Kapana District. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, as well as some free wine and the cheese bar. Practically, everything. The hotel is small, cozy, located perfectlly in the old town of Plovdiv. The room was large, elegant, very comfortable. Also the bathroom was large, modern and vintage at the same time. A perfect breakfast every morning has to be mentioned. And last, but not least the staff treated us like we were guests în their own house.

It was home of a famous merchant Freeman family and after that it was a music school. Room was more like a suite! Very clean, quiet, great AC (absolutely mandatory during my time in Plovdiv), strong WiFi, fridge in room... everything was great!
