Great hospitality, clean rooms. The host welcomed us with a smile and provided details and recommendations for places to eat, swim, etc.

Due to a leak in our room from the high winds and rain we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen and living space. Also it had a large balcony with a view of the water. It was great to have all the extra room and cooking space. The place also offered laundry service for free. Very close to restaurants and bars. Staff helped arrange a golf cart rental to get around. Also assisted with taxi to and from the condo.

The beach-front X’tan Ha-The Waterfront features a large garden, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, a tropical-style lounge and wooden décor. It is located 12 km from San Pedro town centre. Amazing location if you don’t mind being a little far from town. Quiet and peaceful with an amazing private beach! My mom contacted them to decorate my room for my birthday and they went above and beyond. Balloons, flowers, sign, bottle of champagne. It really made my trip so special.

Offering an extensive garden, a large sun terrace with a swimming pool, a wooden lounge and restaurant area and lush-style suites, Belizean Shores Resort is set in front of the Caribbean Beach. We needed to relax after busy few weeks and found this was perfect place to do it. Room was more like apartment and had all the facilities you need for maximum comfort. Pool area was lovely to lie around and relax

The friendlyness, the owner was there very nice and friendly, we had breakfast and OMG it was awesome, I had the waffles and bacon, and it came with fresh fruit. We stayed on San Pedro but wanted to see the city before leaving the rooms are small but very clean . We stay there again.

We stayed in unit 4-top floor/entire floor, unobstructed beach view, amazing veranda, comfortable living area, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms are so clean and just a beautiful space! Cute place, Happys across the road for a quick bite; the Black Orchid is about 1.5 blocks and delicious; Someplace South about 1/3mile and very nice outdoor dining-they are just slow with service, but the staff is so nice.

Located right on the beachfront in tropical Ambergris Caye, The Palms Oceanfront Suites offers an outdoor pool and charming, well-equipped apartments with wonderful ocean views. Location was next door to a great swimming beach and pier and walkable to restaurants and shops. The property was meticulously maintained by helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were large with covered outdoor decks and directly on the water.

Amazing staff, always so friendly and accommodating, special shout out the manager Justin who was a star!
