Close to downtown, we received an upgrade on our room that was very nice from them. Breakfast is amazing, service same as an hotel 5 star. Would come back for sure

The staff we very accommodating very friendly we were in town for a family Xmas dinner the other establishment failed to book our time Beach Acres helped our family continue with our plan.
