See- und Seminarhotel FloraAlpina enjoys an idyllic location at the shores of Lake Lucerne, outside the village of Vitznau. The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The reception staff was hosted by an extremely helpful lady. Amazing views from the bedroom.

Located 4 km outside of Lucerne’s town centre, the Felmis offers a restaurant with 2 terraces, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Lake Lucerne is just a 20-minute walk away. I really enjoyed that the property was very clean, and quite. Breakfast was really good and the views/ neighbourhood where is located the property are so beautiful and calm. It had everything we needed

This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.

1 km away from the centre of Engelberg which offers access to the Titlis Ski Area, guests can find Alpenresort Eienwäldli Engelberg in quiet surroundings. It was great for our family. Clean, great swimming pool for the kids and lovely room

Located at the summit of Mount Pilatus at 2,132 metres above sea level, the Hotel Bellevue is reachable by aerial tramway or the world's steepest cog railway in summer. I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

The room was immaculate with an incredible view, and one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the area itself was so peaceful and quiet, especially early in the mornings. We also loved the breakfast. We easily could’ve stayed for another 3 nights - we will definitely be back!

The Alpenhotel Schlüssel enjoys a central location, a 5-minute walk from the Andermatt Train Station and the Gemsstock ski lifts. The location, in a middle of everything, so close to everything. The coop supermarket is in the same building, so you can buy stuffs wearing t shirts! Thomas, the owner, he’s so nice! The room is super spacious and what a view! And you can park (and charge your car if you need) in a garage, so you don’t have to worries about the snow in your car, only be grateful for big amounts of snow! We’ll definitely comeback to Alpenhotel! And I can’t forget to mention, breakfast is really great, delicious…
