The place is modern and compact, but the space was utilized exceptionally well. It was clean, and the bus station and supermarket were conveniently located right across the street. The upstairs area was excellent—well-equipped with a fridge and complimentary tea and coffee. The rooftop was also a highlight. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Free WiFi access is available. A great experience being on a catamaran on the lake in a beautiful part of Geneva admiring the water jet and observing ducks that fight over their political issues. Jean-Luc is super hospitable and has a good eye for esthetics. The breakfast on the deck was best ever, with a magnificent view of the city and surrounding hills, and rich choice of food, including several types of cheese, fresh fruit, home-made crunchy crust bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee... thank you, Jean-Luc, I had a great time on boat :)

This is the second stay, for the first stay I received a bonus - coffee machine in the room, now I had the shuttle, in 9 min I was at the airport. The shuttle is not a bonus, is regular, but using a schedule. You make 25 min to Cornavin, straight with 14 or 18 and the traffic is sharp, on Swiss clock😁

Completely renovated in 2015, Hotel Rousseau is located in a historic building in the centre of Geneva, only 200 metres from Lake Geneva, 300 metres from Cornavin Train Station, and right next to Manor, the city’s biggest department store. It offers free broadband WiFi. The location is very convenient to the train station, the attractions are within walking distance and the staff is most pleasant. Federico was most helpful and accommodating to all our requests.
