The layout of the room is great. Everything well organized with up-to-date interior. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Not a huge selection, but just enough to not be overwhelmed. The croissants were excellent! The bus stop is right outside the property, which makes getting around by bus very convenient.

Both the ski slopes and the town centre can be reached by bus, which stops right opposite the property. Bikes can be rented for free at reception, so guest can ride around the natural surroundings. Everything was absolutly to our satisfaction. We were even allowed to put our motor cycles into the garage. Thanks to the staff - they were all very friedly, smiling and welcoming. We felt very comfortable. As I asked, if the water in the room can be used, the lady said yes but gave me directly there some water, I did not have to walk back to the room. Very attentive. Thanks again. If we come back to Livigno, we would prefer to stay at your hotel again.

Everything we needed was available (oven, microwave, dishwasher,...). The owners were very friendly and we loved the breakfast service of fresh bread every morning. It is not far from the ski-lift but still far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Perfect! We definitely recommend this place.
