They also have a partnership with the hotel next door to have access to their spa facilities. This was a wonderful surprise upon arrival. We're sad to have only spend one night here, but it was everything we hoped for.

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I know this isn’t a five-star hotel, but it was truly an unforgettable experience. The guesthouse is incredibly cozy, exceptionally clean, and full of charm. Even the laundry area in the basement, though not modern, had a nostalgic scent that brought back warm memories—I honestly loved it. The place is run by the owner herself, and she is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. Her personal touch made the stay feel even more special. There’s no breakfast offered on-site, but everything you need is just steps away. As someone who usually stays in luxury five-star hotels, I tried this little guesthouse by chance—and it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Sometimes, it’s the simplest places that leave the deepest impression. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—if you’re visiting Interlaken, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s a hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Our stay at Hotel Fassbind was simply perfect! We truly felt at home from the very first moment. Dani and Linda were more than just hosts – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every single detail was taken care of. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, and they went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the real spirit of Switzerland, with local stories, traditions, and delicious typical food. It was much more than a stay – it was an authentic Swiss experience that we will never forget

The host is very thoughtful, the place was equipped with anything you imagine you might need during the stay, from towels to kitchen utensils to spices. We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail of the host to provide an incredible accommodation experience for the guests. There is a bus stop about 5mins walking distance and the place is very easy to find. If you like to walk, it’s about a 20min walk downhill to the Wilderswil train station where you can take the direct trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Shynige Platte. Highly convenient. There is also 2 grocery stores near this station. We truly loved our stay and have zero complaints. Thank you to the host!!
