Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Perfect location. Staff were nice and helpful. Room a bit small but comfortable.

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. The location of this hotel is perfect - 5 minites walk from Interlaken West Train Station but not so close the main street, which gave us much more convenient as well as cosy and quietness. The hotel building itself was beautiful and unique with green windows, lovely balconies and flowers everywhere around it. At the reception we were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us a lot of useful information about our stay in Interlaken. By the way the welcome chocolate at the reception was really nice. The rooms were not that big but with very good and well-maintained facilities. We booked two rooms in this hotel and one of them were with balcony and beautiful view of the mountain. There was no breakfast offered by this hotel but as it was quite close to the supermarkets, we can easily buy some food.

The chalet had everything in place and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. The location is great with a nice view.
