Our top choice in the Interlaken region! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the very beginning. I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. The place was very close to the Interlaken West train station and there are several shops and markets within 5 minute walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean so we had a comfortable stay. There was a closet in the room and there was also extra closet space in the hallway, which was nice. On top of the location and the place itself, what I really appreciated was service. We arrived very late, but Veronica proactively reached out so that we can get into our room without any trouble. Veronica is so nice and sweet and she even gave us a ride to the West station after we checked out. The station is only minutes by walk, but we had 2 big luggages and a toddler on a stroller so the ride to the station was very helpful, especially at 6:30 in the morning. Thank you Veronica for your hospitality!

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Our stay at the hotel with Danny and his family was wonderful. The location is fantastic and the view is unforgettable. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It will be my first choice if I return to Switzerland. Thank you Danny for everything.
