We arrived after check-in hours and the staff were very nice and helpful. Since we arrived after the restaurant was close, they made us sandwiches a and salads. The room was great also and the views were good.

The modern Hotel Krone is just a 5-minute walk from the banks of Lake Lucerne and Buochs Ferry Port. It features 2 restaurants and a summer terrace with garden lounge. Perfectly clean rooms, tasty breakfasts and nice staff. Minor technical issues in the rooms solved instantly. The cleaning lady was extremely nice and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay with stunning views of the hills. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast while taking in the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this place!

The Seehotel Baumgarten is located amid a large park with a beach on Lake Lucerne, at the foot of the Bürgenstock Mountain. It offers panoramic views and parking. This hotel was beyond expectations. The owner has done well to deliver a fantastic experience. We were greeted by very energetic and friendly reception staff who made us feel like friends immediately. The road to get to the hotel was very challenging, but the reception made us feel at ease by sharing that it is part of the "charm" of the area, and that the locals would be friendly drivers. They have easy access to the lake, with a private beach, an outdoor sauna and a "self service" bar/icecream stand. The view was STUNNING and the whole staff only added to the entire experience. My whole family came away with positive opinions and experiences.
