We came back to Sonnwendhof third time and it is always perfect! It is perfect welcoming, great rooms and astonishing views, very close to everything you might need, amazing breakfast with multiple choices and some very local products. I like how everything is decorated in the hotel and how ladies working at the hotel care about their guests. It is definitely one of the best family hotels in Switzerland. Engelberg guest card would be timely arranged. Free parking in front of the hotel. I guess we forgot to pay for the city taxi before leaving but my card was charged without any unnecessary stress.

Owner Ramona was the best, she replied to my email instantly and let us know how to check In to the house instead of getting the informations from booking.com. The house was amazing location, waking up seeing the scene was so relaxing. We have two kids and she has a cupboard which filled with lots of toys and the kids were really entertained from the toys as well as the little garden outside with a slide and swings. Each and every morning the kids went out to play in the garden while us parents enjoy our coffee in the balcony looking at the view and still we could supervised the kids in the balcony looking down at the garden. This is so far the best air bnb place we have visited though out the years! The lake was not far and the cable car to titlis was very close too. Lots of kids place to do during summer! Thank you Ramona! We will definitely come back again!
