Perfect, nice and always helpful staff. A beautiful, amazingly equipped room (great mattresses, comfortable duvets, and fine details such as high-quality, fragrant Swiss soap...). The owner was very helpful with tips for a trip, breakfast even in an almost family friendly spirit, we felt like we were visiting good friends. And the dinner at the local restaurant was absolutely amazing (Michelin starred restaurants could envy the quality). Even the town itself has its rural charm and there is a lot to see in the surrounding area within an accessible distance (lakes, chocolate factory, cheese factory, beautiful nature,...).
