Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Surrounded by a garden with a heated outdoor pool, Smart-HOTEL MINUSIO, a Swiss Quality Hotel is a 2-minute drive from the centre of Locarno and Lake Maggiore. the pool is quite nice; the hotel had booked us a parking place for free in the garage and also gave us a free welcome drink. The person at the reception spoke some french and was very helpful.
