Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lovely hotel, located perfectly a few steps away from the cabin car to the glacier. A bit uphill and outside of the city center but it became an advantage for our trip. We didn’t book a room with Matterhorn view, nevertheless the view from our balcony was stunning. Breakfast was very good, enough variety to fuel for the day in the mountains 😊 Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Good location (at main road), near to zermatt train station, coop, restaurants. Room is clean/spacious (with balcony). Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Best location, Room and bathroom are spacious and clean, I can see the matterhorn from our room, so lovely.

The area is popular for skiing and hiking, and bike hire is available at this 3-star bed and breakfast. Walking tours and bike tours are possible within the area, and the bed and breakfast offers ski storage space. This is a traditional and cosy hotel in a quiet location. It’s perfect for accessing the mountains and is very close to the centre of Grächen. Marco and his family are wonderful hosts. They were super helpful with their local knowledge of transport,mountains,trails etc. the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty,plentiful and good coffee. This is a great value hotel run by lovely,friendly people. Grächen is a quaint and friendly village and the area is stunning.

Quiet, friendly staff and great location. Really appreciated some delicious sandwiches for my breakfast, since I needed to begin walking before breakfast in order to beat the heat. The concierge was so kind and helpful to suggest that!
