Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. A lovely hotel, located perfectly a few steps away from the cabin car to the glacier. A bit uphill and outside of the city center but it became an advantage for our trip. We didn’t book a room with Matterhorn view, nevertheless the view from our balcony was stunning. Breakfast was very good, enough variety to fuel for the day in the mountains 😊 Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. This place is amazing. The view is the best especially on the 3rd floor. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious too.

Excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the mountains. Highest quality standards in everything. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

I went to this hotel with a friend for a weekend of ski, and it was awesome. The location is great, right near the center, so everything is close by. The rooms are comfy, making it easy to relax after skiing. The breakfast is really good, lots of tasty stuff to eat before heading out. What made our stay special was the family who runs the hotel. They're super friendly and always ready to help, giving us tips on where to eat and the best spots for skiing. I totally recommend this place. We had a great time and felt right at home.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless and bed was very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was incredible. The mountain view was breathtaking especially early morning. The area is quite, safe and bus station and cable car to Sparrhorn right in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room and delicious intercontinental breakfast.
