All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

We walked from the train station with big luggage and it was still comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was large and super comfortable. There's no coffee machine just some soluble coffee, there's some complimentary tea and water too. I would book this hotel again!

Other standard room amenities at this 100% non-smoking hotel include a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms also have a kitchenette. A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you have to catch a flight the next day. Near the airport and train station, there is a big supermarket walking distance, the room is clean and friendly staff. Even though they don't provide an electric kettle in the room, we can have hot water for drinking in the breakfast area.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and public transport, yet quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The bar, restaurant and reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers rooms and apartments. The rooms come with a minibar, cable TV, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with shower. The apartments additionally provide a kitchenette, a terrace, and a bathtub. My original room was upgraded to apartment size, spacious, clean, comfy beds, good shower and with balcony. The services and assistance from The Manager (Mr. Ali), the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were very excellent, nice, helpful and very friendly. This hotel is located not far from Zurich City and has free car parking.

Hotel Wartmann is located in the centre of Winterthur, 50 metres from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location - just across from the train station - was ideal for walking into Winterthur. The room was spacious and quiet with ample space for clothes, baggage and personal belongings. The breakfast was good in terms of selection, temperature and staff. The reception and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel offers a lounge (with a smoking section) and other comfortable seating in the foyer.
