Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

The hotel staff was super friendly and had no issues letting us stay in the restaurant area while the check-in time was made available. We stayed 2 nights and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. I really enjoyed the decoration of the hotel and the location was perfect as we had the train station at a 3 minute walking distance.

This beautifully immaculate hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a living area with a pull out bed that was also comfortable. It had a kit, balcony, walk-in shower, and plenty of closets. The supermarket and train station were a five minute walk away. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the middle of Zurich and 15 minutes to the airport by train. Even though I couldn't rate the restaurant because we didn't eat there, the food smelled amazing. They had a bar, too. They also have a laundry and ironing room. I saw a conference room for business guests. The staff, especially Neil, were accommodating. They just wanted to make our vacation enjoyable. I highly recommend this getaway for individuals and business people alike.

This new hotel is situated in Rümlang, just a short shuttle ride from Zürich Airport. All rooms at TRIP INN JET HOTEL Zürich Airport feature free WiFi and a balcony. Next to train station, there a ramp to the street so you can drag your big luggage to the hotel. We came a bit late so we didn’t see any sign to the front door of the hotel (which was the way to lobby but had to pass someone’s garden) so we had to walk down the main street and came up from the parking. (If you came from train station you walk to Breitenstrasse and look for the hotel sign, pass some small garden you’ll be at the lobby door) Lift from garage is woking but you have to put the “down” button to go up to lobby (maybe some sign would help). My stay in Zurich was wonderful thanks to Motel One Zürich. The location is excellent, close to the city center and public transport, yet quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The bar, restaurant and reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

Located in Bassersdorf-Baltenswil, 10 km from Zurich and 10 km from Winterthur, Centra Hotel Zurich offers free garage parking and free WiFi is available in all areas. The reception staffs were super good. They were the most pleasant people we met in Swiss.

Hotel Wartmann is located in the centre of Winterthur, 50 metres from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Old Town. The location - just across from the train station - was ideal for walking into Winterthur. The room was spacious and quiet with ample space for clothes, baggage and personal belongings. The breakfast was good in terms of selection, temperature and staff. The reception and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel offers a lounge (with a smoking section) and other comfortable seating in the foyer.
