Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

If you travel with kids, ask for a kids meal, it is not on the menu. Perfect location, 10 min from the airport with a taxi. This is our go to hotel when flying from Zürich.

Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, Motel One Zürich is situated in Zürich. The property is around 600 metres from Paradeplatz and Bahnhofstrasse, as well as 1.2 km from Grossmünster. Great location. Our AC didn’t work in the room, but opening the window helped. Small rooms, but typical for Zurich and was nicely furnished, very tidy, and a beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Wartmann is located in the centre of Winterthur, 50 metres from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the Old Town. This is not the first time we have stayed in the hotel. The staff are always kind and friendly. The location is very convenient to the city centre and very close to the train station.
