Super nicely built and run hotel. Fab breakfast great location and thoughtful modern design throughout. Staff wonderful. Great experience!

Situated in the middle of Pucón's city centre, Alpes Hotel offers rooms with free WiFi access. Free parking is also available on site. Playa Grande beach and Pucon square are 400 metres away. Location was excellent (with a great view of Villarica). Breakfast was great. Room was cozy.

Very nice breakfast with several options and a nice atmosphere. A wood oven made it even more beautiful during the cold days. The staff was wonderful and the owner's dog was definetly a plus :-) The location is great !

The hotel is centrally located in Pucón, a short walk from both the main street and bus station. It was easy to find and the tours I booked picked me up and dropped me off directly at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - they helped me organize my stay and the breakfast each morning was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had hot water. I would definitely stay here again.
