Featuring a restaurant and a bar, Ibis Santiago Estación Central offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV in Santiago, right next to the main bus station of the city. I give it 10 out of 10 for super convenient location the night prior to our bus to Mendoza. The room was clean, comfortable with cold AC. The hotel was very secure and felt much safer than most hotels next to the bus stations. The front desk girl was very nice and informative. The onsite restaurant was good and a huge plus since we arrived at 10pm. We were literally a 1 minute walk from the bus stations.

Very kind people, great and clean rooms. Close to the shoping mall and fancy streets. Do not search another place for this price, it is actually the best.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very professional especially receptionist Melania was very helpful, caring , and friendly.
