The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

The property has room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. It was quiet. Close to the main shopping and riverfront. Good people and the host was kind and offered helpful suggestions and arranged an airport pickup. Definitely recommend to all those visiting or looking for a place to live in Guilin.

Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. Guests can rent bikes for free at the property. Very nice location, beautiful view from the balcony. The walking path was passing just in front of the resort. You can also have bikes and cycle in the countryside very easily. Not far from the bamboo rafts starting point.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. We enjoyed a delightful four night stay at Giggling Tree! Our hosts Alice, Laura and Helen and all the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Not only was the location picture perfect and gorgeous, the personalised service provided by the team made our stay special, and meant that we could enjoy the sights and experiences of the area easily.

Located in Longsheng, Longji Holiday Hotel features a shared lounge, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is set 7.8 km from Ping'an Rice Terrace, 12 km from Guzhuang Village Rice Terrace and 16 km from Longji Rice Terrace Scenic Spot. Each room comes with a balcony. Hosts were great! They helped us out a lot. Went hiking with us helped us catch a bus back to the nearest town. Very friendly. Couldnt ask for more.

Nestled in a small village among the untouched and Protected Karst Hills, our unique location is well away from the bustling, noisy West Street yet close to local beauty spots. There are many local restaurants nearby. Lovely property with a beautiful garden and great views over the mountains. Spacious and tastefully decorated room with a comfy bed. The hotel has recently changed hands and the owners are no longer fluent in English, but we got by with the help of translation apps and they were infinitely helpful - showing us to local restaurants, booking taxis - and extremely kind and friendly. We really felt at home at our first stay in China and it was a pleasure to see them everyday. We would recommend the Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel at a nearby restaurant (we didn’t try Western).

Wedged amongst the bamboo forests and rural farmlands, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. It boasts an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and stylish restaurant with mountain view. Free Wi-Fi is offered in the entire property. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is managed by Shelly, the owner and a lively warm hearted lady who always has a smile on her face. The outdoors space by the pool smells of Jasmin Flowers and big butterflies everywhere. And then the views of the karst landscape and the city down below everywhere you look. its is slightly away from the Town, roughly 16 minutes by scooters which you can rent at the reception. I LOVED this place. I felt home. Wei wei the chef, Xing xing the cleaning lady, Craig the main receptionist and of course Shelly have left a print on my heart. If you are visiting the area, this is thee absolute best value for your money situation. That being said, Yangshuo is an all around kind and hospitable city so i am sure that wherever you end up will be Sweet.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. The setting is beautiful and serene. One can see moon mountain from the property. Traveling to the city is easy enough. Bike, moped rentals close to the property as well.

This homestay offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the seasonal outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the mountain and quiet street. We stayed for 9 nights and the staff were very hospitable and were especially helpful when we left some of our belongings behind. They helped us ship it all the way to Shanghai for us! We especially enjoyed the pool and the location is wonderful, only a 8minute scooter ride from the main part of town with beautiful scenery without all the hustle and bustle! Can't recommend this accom enough, will be staying again in the future!
