Our group of 18 people stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind and generous, always making us feel welcome. The location itself is stunning and made our stay even more memorable. One thing to note: they also offer tours, which we unfortunately didn’t know about in advance as we had already booked with another company. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

The food was delicious and the views unbeatable. Definitely has potential to be the highlight of any China trip.

Lakeside Inn Guilin Central has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Guilin. Not only was the place itself great - comfortable beds, spacious, heated showers, close to the centre - the owner was incredible. David helped us with anything we needed (which was a lot since our transition to china was a bit rocky). He helped us with our Alipay and WeChat, to get a SIM card (and also called the providers and fixed everything when they tried to scam us), exchanged money, booked tours, gave us recommendations, called other accommodations for us, and so so much more. The little restaurant they own under the inn was also some of the best food we’d had during our entire trip (the cucumber salad, dumplings, and fried pork are to DIE FOR 😩). He also gave us some little treats for our anniversary and goodbye gifts :) 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place and we can’t wait to visit again!!

Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. Everything about this place was exceptional. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning karst mountains and peaceful nature that instantly makes you feel calm and grounded. The views are magical at any time of the day, especially in the morning and at sunset. What truly makes this property special, however, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Ana, whose warmth, professionalism, and kindness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for from the first moment, and to Jingxing, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality made my stay unforgettable.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. Nice location along Yulong River. There are bicycles which you can rent from the accommodation which is a good way to explore the nearby Yulong River.

The location is great, easy to walk to amazing viewing of the rice terrace and the host came to meet us at the parking lot to take us to the hotel. The host also helped to carry my suitcase . Great breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We have a room with balcony view overlooking the rice fields. The hotel is beautifully decorated including the room and large dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host also arrange for transportation to and from Guilin Station and hotel.

Eden Inn offers a European standard of Service and Cleanliness. We pride ourselves in the highest standard of Cleanliness and Value for Money in the whole Yangshuo area. A very nice hotel. The location is great, away from chaos, very peaceful, yet with easy access to scenic spots in the meantime. People here are very friendly and helpful, sharing a lot of travel information. Their team speaks English, then everything became easier.

Wedged amongst the bamboo forests and rural farmlands, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. Everything was superb. The view, the cleanliness, the food, the staff.
