The staff was extremely helpful they spoke very good English and helped in all our issues (for example booking for some Chinese attractions which can be hard for Western tourists). They answered all our questions and were very kind overall. The location is great, three metro lines are within a few minutes walk. The rooms are small but comfortable, air-conditioned clean and quiet. We also booked the Forbidden City and Great Wall tours they offer, both are great value for money with very professional and knoweledgable tour guides.

The staff are incredibly helpful - they helped me with the reservation for Forbidden city and recommended things to do since I was visiting during bank holidays. Also, I needed an iron and they helped me out even though I was doing check out.

The homestay was a great location - right by the start of the wall. The staff were fantastic! We were picked up from the airport and dropped off in the morning right by the wall. They then arranged a day out in Beijing for us- helping with ticket bookings and driving us to the city then into the airport again. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Would highly recommend!

Recommend it for those for whom taking taxi to hotel after walks in Water Town is not a problem. Most important address should be Beijing gubei yushang tourism culture development Center.
