The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

Starting with the point of contact in WeChat - the lady was very helpful, as she knew English and also arranged transport from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel 10 hours before our arrival. After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

Merry is one of the most professional hosts we have had on our trip. We felt well taken care of. She helped us organize the trip individually accourding to our wishes and the current situation in the national park. Took all our preferences in consideration. Helped us to do the laundry for free. The food is great and the location near the west entrance of the national park ist perfect. Our stay was in November and we didn't have to wait in a queue for the entrance as opposed to those entering from the south gate. This home stay is definitely recommened for a trip in the Zhangjiajie national park.

Everything was perfect, I wish I could stay longer , to relax in this huge and very comfy bed. It what I needed after 2 days walking in the national park. The room is clean as the facilities, I had heaps of space for my backpacks. The location is great, not too far from the main gate and the town (around 30 min walking) Rebecca is lovely and very helpful, she will answer to all your questions, she also dropped us to the national park entrance for free. Also, her cooking it's absolutely a must ! Delicious meal we had Wifi is strong and location friendly and quietly at night. I 100% recommend this place 👌
