This is a great place: nice room, good breakfast, nice terrasse, good location (near the beach) and Angie at the reception was always very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there, in particular my long walks on the beach. Most important, I enjoyed to be in the middle of real caribian/colombien life.....and I am super relaxed now after my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Finca Escondida. The whole place has a relaxed and cozy vibe that makes it easy to feel comfortable right away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made things even easier traveling alone. The restaurant was a real highlight. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a nice variety. I especially liked the seafood dishes. The pool area was also a great spot to relax. It was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. Perfect for reading a book or cooling off in the afternoon. Overall, Finca Escondida felt safe, welcoming, and well set up for solo travelers. I will definitely come back.

Hotel Playa Mandala boasts rustic-style bungalows situated on a private stretch of beach in Palomino. It has an on-site restaurant and a tour desk that offers special discounts for guests. This is wonderful place right in front of the beach. The units are not luxurious but really spacious and comfortable, with quite AC. The luxurious part is the huge garden that is almost all for you ( just few units in a huge space that gives intimacy that other fancy hotels don’t have). The village is just a few minutes walking on the beach. People who are running this place are wonderful. Manager is really polite and all the time willing to help (also speaks English for those you need, Sara is making delicious home made food. We really liked our 5 day stay ! Highly recommended.
