The hotel was clean and the staff were very responsive and diligent. It is rare to not have anything negative to write about.

This is a great place: nice room, good breakfast, nice terrasse, good location (near the beach) and Angie at the reception was always very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there, in particular my long walks on the beach. Most important, I enjoyed to be in the middle of real caribian/colombien life.....and I am super relaxed now after my stay.

Featuring a restaurant, Finca Escondida is located in Palomino and offers its guests surfing lessons, rental of surf equipment, plus WiFi access is available in public areas for an additional fee. The location and staff were amazing! We had booked a room for three, but one person couldn't travel last minute. The staff wasn't able to rebook us a smaller and less expensive room, but they did give us complimentary breakfast the next morning (which we had not originally paid for). I thought that was a nice gesture! The location is great as it's one of the few places in it's price range with a prime beach view and bar!

Hotel Playa Mandala boasts rustic-style bungalows situated on a private stretch of beach in Palomino. It has an on-site restaurant and a tour desk that offers special discounts for guests. This is a magical place, what you see on the pictures and more. If you are looking for peace and nature, search no more. And still if you want to have some nightlife it is just a nice walk through the beach to get there. Breakfast is great, beach is just on another level and the host will help you with anything.Food at the restaurant is homemade and just delicious, you do not need to go to the other restaurants around as the hotel one is just the best.
