Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. The property is small set in a garden with trees and flowers. The room had a shady porch outside with seating. The property had loaner umbrellas which i thought a nice touch, since we are in the rainy season. I was given the WhatsApp for Emanuel should i need anything, and he was able to book me a shuttle to San Jose on my last day. Paula the housekeeper and the gardener, whose name i forgot, were accommodating. Everyone made me feel at home. Downtown and the beach are easy walking distances from the hotel.

Located a mere 50 metres from Guiones’s main break, in Nosara, Costa Rica, The Sunset Shack features a year-round outdoor pool and guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. Sunset Shack was in a great location, close to the beach, short walk to the shops and more restaurants. The room was spacious, comfy beds and amazing shower. The hotel/bungalows are quiet and the Al Chile restaurant joined to the hotel is great. We were able to order and eat by the pool.

The location of the hotel was great, a little far from San Jose airport, so I would reccomend to land at Liberia airport, which is only a 90 minute drive. However, it was in a private area and very safe, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything else was amazing and succeed and of my expectations.

Casa Buenavista is located in Carrillo, 300 meters from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms in a tropical garden. Our stay in Hotel Casa Buenavista was amazing. Welcome was great and friendly, room decoration was superb, location was close to the beach with an impressive bay an not crowdy. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, was very convenient. Swimming pools were perfect too.
