I liked everything from start to finish, the treatment to my mother and me was exceptional. The staff is super attentive, they are very polite, they solve any problem quickly. I was able to meet Angelo who was the one who served me at breakfast, he is a charismatic person, very accessible, quick to attend and very attentive. Another person I got to know better was a girl whose name I don't remember, but I can easily identify her because she has very nice tattoos on her arms and she works in the restaurant. She was very attentive to us and was super special with my mom since I was celebrating her birthday. And finally the facilities are luxurious, very nice and modern. The bathroom amazing and very clean, the pool nice and quite clean, a lot of beautiful plants around. In short, the whole facility was perfect.

The rooms were nice and clean, everything was in good condition and the staff and owner were the nicest, most helpful people you could imagine. A wonderful place to stay! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Uvita.
