Incredible location, literally being on the beach to have breakfast or watch a sunset makes a difference... the place is very quiet and gives a feeling of security. The room was very nice and clean. It has become our new regular place to stay when we return to the area.

We had a great time in Monteverde and hotel was exceptional. Definitely will go back. José, the owner is an excellent person and friendly.

David, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming - he went out of his way to show us sloths, monkeys, and other incredible local wildlife, making our experience feel magical from the very start. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. One of the biggest highlights was the direct access to the beach. Whether you’re looking to relax or catch some waves, it’s an ideal spot for surfing and enjoying the ocean. The whole vibe of the place is peaceful and beautiful, and Carmen’s hospitality made it feel like home. We left feeling so relaxed and happy. We can’t wait to come back !

Casa MarBella is a boutique hotel situated on a mountain slope in Santa Teresa. The hotel provides a panoramic ocean view and offers infinity pool, Wi-Fi, and free parking area. Absolutely gorgeous. The staff is 10/10. The pool is so good on tired days. The yoga Shala is great. The place is big enough for large groups or solo travel too. I really do love this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Great location too

Offering an outdoor pool, Apartotel Flamboyant is a beachfront self-catering accommodation in Jaco town centre. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available. This place was great! We had an ocean view, a comfortable king-size bed, and a nice balcony. The pool was very nice, and the property is located right on the beach. They allowed us to take chairs from the garden to use on the beach, which was awesome. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next door, and it was delicious—we could choose from four or five options. The restaurant was so good that we ended up eating there for lunch and dinner as well.

Hotel Amor de Mar is located in Montezuma, Costa Rica and offers WiFi and easy access to sandy beaches just 10-minute walk away. The property offers free parking. This place was awesome. We ended up staying three nights and actually stayed in three different rooms due to other bookings. The staff were super accommodating to re-book us. If you can get the sea room with balcony, take it! Location was awesome. Close to the main strip on Montezuma and the waterfalls. Staff told us of all the great things to do nearby, including swimming hole with bioluminescent plankton.

Offering a bar with pool table and an on-site pool, Tucan Hotel is located in Uvita, a 3-minute drive from Marino Ballena National Park. We loved everything about this hotel! It was beautiful and cozy, and had lovely facilities including a nice big common area with lots of beautiful plants, hammocks and sofas to relax in, and a pool area as well. The rooms were nice and clean, everything was in good condition and the staff and owner were the nicest, most helpful people you could imagine. A wonderful place to stay! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Uvita.
