Really lovely place with the added bonus of a private balcony ( you need to book this) high on the hill above Mindelo, you reach the cooling breeze and have the added advantage of watching the sun set from your private space. Although it’s located right in the city center, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel itself feels very new and well maintained the bathroom was spotless and equipped with modern amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which really enhanced the overall experience. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere

Aparthotel Avenida 3* is located in Mindelo and offers self-catering accommodation. WiFi access is available. Apartments at Aparthotel Avenida 3* feature a TV and air conditioning. The location of the hotel in middle of all amenities including restaurants,supermarkets. The staff are incredible helpful and the breakfast is top nocth.I even managed to watch Carnaval from my balcony👏. I appreciated how they managed to get me a room even if was full booked because of the carnaval.
