The location is beautiful and easily accessible, the private parking is spacious and under camera surveillance. The rooms are beautiful, warm, there is a home-like feeling. The bed mattress is very comfortable, also my relative had an excellent sleep in spite of their back problems. The room is also very quiet. The hotel atmosphere is lovely. I have to emphasize the attitude of the staff - they are so wonderful, professional and smiling. All of them: at the reception, restaurant, cleaning and maintainance, and manager. The food is amazing. Breakfast has a variety of everything, very tasty! We also had the dinner at the hotel every evening during our stay, the menu is very well put together, a lot of tasty options. Our dinner was perfect every time, we tried the "dorada" fish with polenta, eggplant salad, shrimp salad, salmon-avocado starter, "papanasi" desert... The spa is wonderful with inside + outside pool, Finnish and salt saunas, and lovely music. Last, but not least, all places (indoor + outdoon hotel premises) are spotless clean. This is our second time at River hotel and we are looking forward for our next stay. <3

The room was spotless and the hosts were great. In the morning there were complimentary coffee and croissants. If we ever came back to Brasov we would absolutely stay here again!

All that you can wish from a hotel. Staff was super careful with our luggage, with the parking arrangements, guiding us in & out. This made a huge difference, even if the accommodation itself was great.

Difficult to say since everything was just perfect from the arrival to departure: easy parking, great food especially at breakfast, amazing spa. But it is the staff that made the stay most memorable. Located in Brasov, 0.5 km from Strada Sforii and 100 metres from Council Square, HOTEL BOUTIQUE CASA CHITIC -HOTEL AND RESTAURANT Str Johann Gott nr7 features a terrace with views of the Tampa Mountain. The accommodation features room service and free WiFi. We loved everything about the property. The location literally could not have been better. We were yards away from restaurants, bars and the square. Brasov should be a tourist delight, the mountains surrounding it and our room had a gorgeous view from the window. Streets are spotless and hiking and walking are easily available. Our breakfast was included in the restaurant directly connected to the hotel. It was downstairs but brightly lit with brick and stone with hot food as well as local sweets and fruit/yogurt. Norbert was running the morning breakfast for the hotel and organizing. Every morning he made time to talk to us and gave us information, answered our questions and helped make our mornings even more enjoyable. We hated to leave and the beauty of the facility and city will be missed.
