Great spot on 1007 meters above the sea level; stunning views (sunrise and sunsets especially); awesome landscapes and mountain paths around. Really nice clean room with a awesome valley view. Clean. Convenient beds. good variety breakfast ( scramble or boild eggs; hot sousages; wide selection on cold cuts and cheeses, fruits , jams and honey etc and good coffee) - and such a breakfast eaten with a stunning mountain view. Location is 1-2 minutes from main activities in dolni morava resort, we used it also as base for visiting nearby military museum and WW2 fortification (hurka, bouda) Dedicated parking space for hotel was nice, as other parking spaces were paid (like 12 euro/day). Other visitors of hotel were mostly couples or families, no party boys, so we slept well without any noise from either outside or other guests. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and had more than enough space for clothes. There was room to store bikes (we did not used it). Breakfast and dinner was superb. Dinner had to be ordered during breakfast, there was no A la carte menu. For A la carte menu we got recommendation to use nearby restaurant marcelka (3 minute walk).

Several very nice walks (stroller-accessible) are right in the area, with more locations easily accessible by car, bus, or train. The apartment itself was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The playroom and outside playground were great for our little one, and she even enjoyed the pool (which was quite cold for us since the weather wasn't too hot when we were visiting, but it was nice and clean). We would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved the friendly and welcoming approach of the staff. We had an appartment in the annex. Small yet functional. Location is superb winter / summer. Close to mountains, slopes, etc. We also loved the food - both breakfeast and dinner.
