The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

Parking is in the private area behind a gate, which is not very common in Karlovy Vary.

The room was spacious and clean ( we took a room for 4). A terrase with a very nice view to the castle. The location is great. We were completely satisfied with our stay.
