Soft, plush bathrobes. :) Delicious breakfasts served in a cozy breakfast room, providing privacy for each room. Great variety of bread, buns, all perfectly fresh, with excellent homemade cakes from the owner. Private parking space in front of the guesthouse. Great location, a starting point for many beautiful hiking trails in the Bavarian Forest. In the town, there is a restaurant, supermarket, ATM, and a fantastic café/patisserie. The owner is very kind and gave us excellent tips for trips. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Pension Zur Alten Schmiede ligger i Zwiesel. Her er en terrasse, gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. The guest house appeared to be in everything beyond our expectations. Hearty welcome and farewell from the owners, eagerness to help and tips on local highlights, comfortably furnished and equipped apartment with everything one will need for a few days stay and absolutely marvellous surrounding - the very heart of the Bavarian Forest resort, yet in close proximity by car to amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We felt ourselves at home. As a person with a travelling bag I can say without dought - it´s the best gesthouse I have ever stayed at. Lenka and Martin, you are the best hosts, my husband and I will certainly come back. Czech and Russian are also spoken in this guest house.

Pension Elan ligger i Bayerisch Eisenstein, 46 km fra Drachenhöhle Museum, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. It was an exceptionally good pension. The owners went out of their way to be helpful, including providing their own free 'taxi service' to take us to restaurants and the station (maybe 1-2 kms away). We also liked the fact that the village was very quiet and with few tourists. But an excellent base for waking and travelling by train to the Czech Republic
