Along with free WiFi, the 3 star superior Hotel Nikolai Residence offers rooms in an extremely central location just a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz Square. Very nice hotel and the bedroom was very comfortable, clean and the staff very attentive and friendly. The location was excellent to visit monuments and many restaurants close to the hotel.

Room clean and comfortable. Very easy to control temperature and nice and cosy which was needed with all the snow outside. Reception were super helpful and the lady who checked us in was so friendly and let us check in 3 hrs early which we very much appreciated. Thank you! Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Lots of options. Noticed gluten free bread available which was great. Individually wrapped so no cross contamination. Lots of tables available. Small self serve shop in reception for drinks, snacks, beer and things like toothpaste etc which was a great addition.

The breakfast was amazing, a good variety of dishes and very delicious! The eating area is very big and comfortable, so is the lobby, the fact that you could have pizza and dinner at the hotel is definitely a plus point. The personal was extremely sweet and caring, I had a problem with the room's outlets/hairdryer and got the issue solved in under 15 min. The location is great as it's literally in front of the train station that takes you directly to Berlin. To get to Berlin's center, it will take about 30-35min with the Sbahn, and it's really close to the airport as well, it doesn't even take 20 min to get by train. There are 3 supermarkets where you can get groceries in less than 10 min walking, so you've got pretty much what you need close-by.

Very nice and comfortable room, extremely clean. The decoration is not that common and in general the hotel's theme is unique. The check in was easy and the hotel is right opposite the Berlin central train station. We chose this hotel for this exact reason. Although it is located on a central road, there wasn't noise problem at all. Next to metro station brown line U5 which connects you in just few stations with Alexanderplatz.
