It's totally new, located in a nice area, just a short walk to the old town. Our room had an amazing window front with the possibility to sit there to relax while having a great view. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the arrangement for placing the bags and clothes was very comfortable and smart. Everything was very clean and the staff was lovely and friendly. The parking place was direct at the hotel and very comfortable too. I'd come again, if I were there once again. I highly recommend this hotel.

All the Danish-style rooms at Prinsen Hotel include a TV and a private bathroom with shower. First we were really pleased with the staff. We were stuck in traffic, but everything was prepared for an after-hours check-in. Also as promised the parking spot with the EV charger was reserved. In the end, we arrived about 10 minutes before reception closure - still the staff greeted as friendly and was in no rush to go home. The room was clean and quiet. It was overall of good size. The beds were quite hard, but still very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast had a decent selection: some veggies, warm and cold option, sweet and savory. I would not recommend the latte prepared by the coffee machine. But the black coffee was pretty good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If we need to stop over again in Aalborg, we would stay here again.
