Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Denmark and Sweden. The location is absolutely beautiful, as we were checking in some wild deer wondered by, and later in the evening we watched a hedgehog scampering about, later we were allowed to pick some cherries growing on their tree for our picnic....the gardens are a lovely place to hang out and the area in general is so lovely and peaceful. I saw other reviews saying how nice the hosts are, but it's very difficult to comprehend just HOW nice they are!! We left feeling glad just to have met them - incredibly, genuinely nice people, very rare in today's world! Our room was way more than a room - downstairs we had a little kitchen and dining table as well as the bathroom, and the loft where our bedroom was was huge and warm and very comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was very good and included quite a few different options (cold) - we really enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room, enjoying the view in the morning.

At Konference & Strandhotel Klinten, guests can enjoy quick access to the beachfront in Rødvig or locally sourced cuisine at the hotel restaurant. Guests enjoy free WiFi access and free parking. Pay a little bit more but order the room with terrace - the view is spectacular. The room is small but enough for 2. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Close to the center and have free parking.

There was a party with fireworks in the vicinity of the hotel on the night when we arrived, which was problematic for our dog who is very afraid of the fireworks. However the hotel manager went out of her way to help us, gave us the most quiet room at the hotel and treated us with drinks in order to compensate for this unexpected situation for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and in the end, the dog managed to take those 15 minutes that the fireworks lasted in a very good way. Thanks!

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. It was such a fun location. Beds are comfortable.

This harbourside hotel is in the Lolland city of Nysted. Housed in a renovated early 1900s building, it provides free WiFi and free private parking. The main street, Adelgade, is 200 metres away. Charming waterfront location. Beautiful night skies!

Danhostel Ringsted is housed in the historical "Amstuegaard" in the centre of Ringsted in Zealand, less than an hour's drive from Copenhagen. All rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. Lovely old property surrounded by delightful gardens and very close to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Exceptionally clean everywhere and well organised. Comfortable beds and nice airy room with spacious en suite bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ample breakfast. Good value and would definitely stay again.

Surrounded by greenery, only 40 minutes’ drive from Copenhagen, this peaceful countryside hotel offers neat, cosy accommodation with a free breakfast buffet and complimentary private parking. Staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was phenomenal, rooms were lovely, whole thing surpassed expectations on every level, loved it.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this intimate hotel is only 50 metres from the Guldborgsund Strait waterfront. It offers a traditional restaurant and individually furnished rooms. Very accommodating staff who helped us into our room a little early. Perfect storage space for cycles. Friendly owner and a delicious breakfast. It was the first proper breakfast of our cycle journey and we'll enjoyed. We had a view to the garden and the early morning bird song was absolutely lovely. Many thanks.
