Very helpful, very friendly, and really helpful when I spontaneously needed to change my booking due to some complications. Also, I got many tips about sites to visit in Tallin, supermarkets, guided tours, etc. The facilities are very nice,I had there everything I needed, not to mention that the interior is very pretty and cosy. I already recommended it to friends, and it's where I will stay when I come back to Tallinn.

The hotel features family rooms. The location is nice, there is maxima xx in 5min by walk, bus stop and a huge park. The room is small, but comfy. Quite place.

Private parking is available on site. I stayed at this hotel as a part of my Baltic tour. It is near the bus station and within short walking distance you can reach the charming old town with all of its attractions. In proximity of this hotel is also a nice park as well as a supermarket with good selection of products to choose from. My room was well equipped with nice decor and enough plugs for charging (also next to the bed). WiFi with strong signal. Bed very comfortable, so I had a good sleeping quality. My room as all other areas of this hotel were spotless clean. I had breakfast included and there was so much choice. Especially loved the tasty croissants and delicous pancakes that I used to eat with Nutella. The dining room was spacious and you could eat inside or outside. During the summer it is great to know, you have the opportunity to eat also outdoor. All staff friendly and professional. The blonde guy at the reception desk gave me good advice regarding transportation to the TV tower. He was really helpful and so patient with me. It was my first stay in Estonia and Tallinn and as I'm so impressed by the calm, natural and charming side of the capital, I am sure there will be a second visit in the near future. Once again, my first choice would definitely be Ibis Tallinn Center!

The Metropol’s rooms feature an elegant interior design. All have TV sets with satellite channels. Each private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The staff is helpful, the location is great to the Old Town, and one walkable distance to the Tallinn port. I get Rm 606 with a terrific town view. The room is spacious, too. Many shops around, too. Not like in the Old Town, too crowded. I love all.
