Located in the centre of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. The breakfast was really good and delicious, from vegetables up to pancakes, home made jams, sausages, salami, cottage cheese, two types of cheese, cereals, everything they have all day.
