I had an amazing experience at Elegance Grand City Hotel in Cairo. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome. They were warm, kind, and genuinely helpful, creating an atmosphere that felt like home. What impressed me most was that this wasn't just one or two people, every receptionist and staff member carried the same spirit. It's clear that this level of hospitality is not only part of Egyptian culture but also deeply rooted in the hotel's own culture. A special thank you to Basma, Elham, Eslam, and Abdelrahman , who each made our stay exceptional with their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, furnished with quality pieces, and very comfortable. One situation stood out to me in particular: I made a mistake with an extra payment without realizing it. The staff took the time to carefully explain the situation to me and, even though I hadn't expected any refund, they insisted on clarifying everything and returning the money. That honesty and dedication speaks volumes about how the hotel is managed and the kind of experience you can expect here. I highly recommend this hotel
