Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention to Chef Ashraf, who prepares delicious meals with great care and kindness. One of the highlights of my stay was the tours provided by the hotel at very reasonable prices—just make sure to negotiate a bit. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which could definitely use some improvement. Despite this, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and excellent service.
