The hospitality of Mustafa and Mohamed was exceptional. The hotel and staff were amazing they helped us with everything we needed. Clean rooms and lovely breakfast with a view on the pyramids. As a group of 3 girls traveling to Egypt for the first time we felt very safe and comfortable thanks to them. Totally recommend it!!

Fast communication even before check-in and great help arranging a complimentary hotel pickup in the early morning. The best part was the hospitable staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very relaxing after a long day. Every detail—from the cleanliness to the amenities—reflected a high level of care and quality. The entire hotel had a peaceful, elegant atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. I’ve stayed in many places before, but the hospitality here is on another level. The team made me feel valued, respected, and completely at home. A very special thank-you to Ibrahim—one of the employees who made my stay even better. He was incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out, and I’m very grateful for his support during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony that you could see the pyramids from. The view on the rooftop is even better as you get an unobstructed view of all the pyramids. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. It’s also a very short walk to the sphinx entrance of the pyramids which was very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!
