The Oasis is the perfect dive resort. It is small and familiar, not an overcrowded party resort. There is really little else to do than diving. Staff are phenomenal, food is excellent and mostly Egyptian (being vegan I always found food to eat). The diving is great - staff are super knowledgeable and it's very safe and fun to dive. It's a safe spot for solo women travellers and the crowd is a bit different from the usual divers:) overwhelmingly German speaking tourists but everyone speaks English as well. We were there for the second time, which we don't usually do, and I have and would recommend it again. Thanks to everyone!

It has a beautiful garden carefully maintained and is right on the beach front. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas and the beach towels are provided. However, the staff left the strongest impression - the receptionist and the manager who were patient and tried to meet every request of ours, the chef who cooked a special lunch and breakfast for us and all the waiters who kindly took care of us. They really pampered us during our short stay.
