Inge prepares and cooks every item of food served from locally sourced ingredients. It is a set menu, 4 or 5 courses and her passion for food/cooking truly shines through. She is worthy of a Michelin Star rating.

This charming 18th-century house is located next to the town square in the Valencian village of Ademuz. It features a hot tub and offers accommodation with free WiFi. We had a one night stay in this ancient casa in an ancient hilltop village of Ademuz. Driving the narrow streets could be challenge. We found the house easily, called the owner and he came soon to let us in.We parked a short distance from the house on the small plaza in front of the post office. There is also another parking down the hill. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and they spoke English. Our double room was on the third floor. It was smaller and nicely decorated. We had a balcony with a beautiful view over the valley. Casa Garrido is traditionally furnished with rustic charm, but it has all the modern comforts for pleasant stay. Good breakfast choice.
