She even gave me an anti inflammatory cream since all pharmacies were closed that day, and they did not allow me to pay for it.

Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. The apartment was very nice. Clean, cosy, with all the necessary dishes.

The Holiday Inn Express is located 10 km from Bilbao and buses leave from outside the hotel, with direct routes to the airport, where you can get a bus to the city center. Guests can visit attractions such as the iconic Guggenheim Museum. Huge buffet breakfast even on Christmas day when we were there. They set out the buffet extra early so even those who have the first flight out in the morning have time to enjoy some breakfast. The lady who kept the buffet stocked with hot & cold items was constantly cleaning & insuring everything was full, clean & working. Staff was kind, always greeted with a smile & words & helpful. We would stay here again!! Great for early morning flight. Never saw such a nice arrangement for this price near airport.

Set in Zamudio, 6 kilometres outside Bilbao, the Aretxarte is a modern hotel with superb, convenient facilities. The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and allows reaching Bilbao in a few minutes drive. I was positively surprised that the hotel be in a rather leafy surrounding, almost giving the impression of being located far away from urban areas. The room was very quiet. The hotel offers outdoor areas to have a drink or eat alfresco, even during rainy times. I was also positively surprised to realise that there is a restaurant at the hotel. Although I did not get to have diner here, the ambience looked very inviting.

With many of the rooms boasting sea views, a cafe with a large terrace overlooking the beach. The hotel is a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday. The location and facilities are amazing. Beautiful located in a lovely small village with multiple hiking paths nearby. Good restaurant with great menu. Staff is especially friendly and knowledgeable.
